KEROPOK
Keropok is a popular fried snack in Terengganu. It is made of fish meat, ground to a paste and mixed with sago. Prepared in two different forms, the long chewy ones are called "lekor", while the thin, crispy ones are called "keping". Keropok is best eaten when hot with its special chili dip. The most famous place to buy keropok is Losong. Mostly people that come to Terengganu will go there to buy their Keropok.

SATAR
Satar is a kind of snack processed from fish meat. Satar in other words means deboned fish meats blended together mixed several other items such as black pepper and onions before wrapped in banana leave and left to be grilled above charcoal fire and it has been made in triangular shaped.
NASI DAGANG
Nasi dagang or trader's rice is a choice meal for locals. This famous dish is synonymous with the East Coast and can be found everywhere in Terengganu. It is a mixture of normal and glutinous rice eaten with a variety of aromatic curries and dishes. the most popular accompanient however is spicy tuna fish curry and piquant vegetable pickles.
LAKSAM
A delightful yet simple dish, the Laksam is made using bothe wheat and rice flours and the dough is steamed. it uses an interesting variety of noodle, something like a broader kway teow noodle which has been rolled up and then sliced. The gravy is made of fish meat, which is boiled and later mixed with coconut milk.
NEKBAT
Nekbat is popular in Malaysia especially in the East Coast in Terengganu and Kelantan. People usually called it Nekbat Terengganu and also known as a sweet dessert.
